Make a splash with our Aqua Size Class! It's a low impact cardio workout that is thoroughly enjoyed and inspires increased coordination and movement.
Benefits Include:
1- Strengthens Muscles & Builds Stamina2- Improves Flexibility & Range of Motion3- Promotes Weight Loss4- Promotes A Healthy Heart
Class Details:
1) Classes are 3 days each week from 5pm-6pm/Mon, Tue & Thu.2) $5.00 per class / payable before each class.3) Certified Aqua Size Instructor.4) Class cancellation due to uncontrollable circumstances will be rescheduled.5) No refunds.
